A large number of central government ministries and departments, many a state
council/department of science and technology, academic and research institution
all over the country will carry out activities. A whole lot of non - government
and voluntary organizations spread through out India are participating in the
endeavor. There will be regional coordinating Agencies, State coordinating
agencies and local coordinating agencies. At the national level is the national
organizing committee at Delhi.
